NAMED EXCLUSIVE SALES AGENT FOR RATTLESNAKE MITIGATION BANK Mitigation Solutions USA (MSUSA) announces the immediate release and availability for sale of wetland credits for Rattlesnake Mitigation Bank. This credit release was approved by the United States Corps of Engineers (USACE) upon meeting strict federal and state guidelines. Rattlesnake services the Lower Trinity and Neches River Basins, including the following counties: Anderson, Angelina, Cherokee, Freestone, Grimes, Henderson, Houston, Leon, Limestone, Madison, Navarro, Nacogdoches, Rusk, Sabine, San Augustine, Shelby, Smith, and Van Zandt. SOLUTIONS USA ANNOUNCES THE OPENING OF ITS CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS IN HOUSTON, TX PRESS RELEASE, JAN. 28, 2010 - Mitigation Solutions USA (MSUSA) announces the opening of its corporate headquarters in Houston, TX. Houston is considered the “energy capital of the world” and is second only to New York City in the number of Fortune 500 companies that call it home. Therefore, the new headquarters will enable MSUSA to better serve the high demand from companies in the Greater Houston area and its surrounding region. According to MSUSA President Terry McKenzie, “Moving MSUSA’s office to Houston strategically places Mitigation Solutions in an area consistent with our plans to accelerate the company’s growth.” Mitigation Solutions has implemented a nationwide, turnkey plan for developing, marketing, selling and purchasing of credits for wetlands, streams and endangered species. MSUSA’s adaptive expertise alleviates the risk for their clients in a dynamic regulatory environment. Since 2008, MSUSA has facilitated more than $8 million in mitigation credits.
