Terry McKenzie, President

Before developing Mitigation Solutions USA LLC, Terry spent six years as the creator, owner, and operator of Martin Creek Wetland Mitigation Bank. Martin Creek is a viable and profitable wetland mitigation bank located in the Sabine River watershed in Texas.

In the early 1990s, Terry was a technical writer in the aerospace industry. After several years, Terry's love for American V-Twin motorcycles evolved into a successful career in motorcycle sales and marketing, culminating in his position with Indian Motorcycles as their national sales manager.

Terry received his degree in aircraft maintenance and management from Parks Aeronautical College, a division of Saint Louis University. He also has received training in environmental issues, including wetland, stream, and endangered species mitigation.

Troy Madrigal, Vice President of Sales

Troy came aboard Mitigation Solutions at the end of 2008 after spending eight years in the energy business with Natural Gas Clearinghouse and Dynegy. His experience also includes work as a commercial bank officer, handling financial matters for energy companies and four years as a real estate consultant focusing on economically profitable strategies for preserving environmental assets.

An active member of the Texas Wildlife Association, Troy also has volunteered with Texas Parks and Wildlife. Troy's position with MSUSA allows the avid hunter, fisherman, and mountain biker to combine his background, experience, and relationships in the energy field with his love of the outdoors.

Troy earned his bachelor of business administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

Molly Magee, Director of Operations

In late 2009, MSUSA added Molly to the team. Molly brings her years of experience as a law firm administrator and recruiter of talent in the law and energy fields, as well as her most recent experience in the environmental consulting arena to Mitigation Solutions USA. Molly handles the company's vital operations and research efforts.

Molly earned her degree from Palmer College in Charleston, SC.

M. Yvonne Taylor, Marketing Manager

Yvonne joined the team in summer 2010 to handle MSUSA's marketing efforts after spending 11 years in publications and marketing within higher education. Her experience includes technical writing and editing, as well as teaching professional development courses in social media.

Yvonne earned her bachelor's at the University of Houston and master's at Southern Methodist University.
