Our services include offering clients a sales plan that answers and tracks credit inquiries, submits pricing quotes, creates and submits Mitigation Bank Purchase Agreements and Credit Invoices, and implements a payment clearing process. We also submit the Final Credit Transaction Report to the appropriate governing body.

Off-site Mitigation
If an approved bank is not located in the requisite watershed or eco-region, Mitigation Solutions USA will develop an industry first contingency Mitigation Plan so that clients will not be billed until the plan is approved.
